Empowered Teens (for girls ages 13-18)
This group will focus on developing strong mental, emotional, relational and spiritual health. Key topics include: overcoming anxiety and worry, people pleasing, perfectionism, regulating emotions, healthy friendships, discovering strengths, positive self concept and navigating social media. The framework of this event is Christ-centered & anchored in a Biblical worldview.
The fee for this event is $50 per person, with a $25 non-refundable deposit due upon registration. The remaining $25 will be due on the day of the event. The event will be held in Owasso, OK, with the physical address given at time of registration.

Haven Group
We are so excited to announce another group for girls ages 10-12, called The Haven, that will be launching on Feb 21st! The aim of our group is to be a safe place for girls to be real, feel loved and grow in life skills to live a hope anchored, resilient life.
